Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived price, location, service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at the Annisa Tambak Cemandi Sedati Store. The population taken in this study is the consumers of Toko Annisa. The samples taken amounted to 94 people, the data collection technique of this study used primary data with a questionnaire and the type of data used in this study was quantitative. The data processing method uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the help of the SmartPLS program version 4.0.9.3 The results of this study indicate that the price perception variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then the price perception variable has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Then Location has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Location Variable has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Then the variable Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Then the Service Quality Variable has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Then Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Then the Price Perceived Variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Then the Location Variable has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Then the Service Quality Variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction
