Abstract

Perkembangan dalam dunia konstruksi yang terus meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu, secara tidak langsung berakibat pada kemajuan sarana akomodasi untuk menunjang industri di lingkungan Kota Gresik Jawa timur. Seiring berjalannya waktu, inovasi sangat banyak dilakukan dalam pengembangan struktur beton, khususnya pada gedung tinggi yang memiliki berbagai tipe desain struktur. Salah satu perkembangan dalam sistem konstruksi adalah flat slab, flat slab adalah pelat beton pejal dengan tebal merata yang mentransfer beban secara langsung ke kolom pendukung tanpa bantuan balok. Dengan tidak menggunakan balok, flat slab juga memiliki kelebihan efisensi dari segi berat struktur dan juga dapat mengurangi ketinggian perlantai. Sistem flat slab ini nantinya akan digabungkan dengan sistem penahan gaya lateral yaitu dinding geser (shearwall). Gabungan dari sistem flat slab dan dinding geser diharapkan mampu memikul beban akibat gempa rencana. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan membuat perencanaan struktur flat slab dan Shearwall Pada gedung kantor BKMS JIIPE Gresik yang semula direncanakan dengan sistem pemikul momen (balok, kolom, dan plat konvensional) kemudian di modifikasi pada beberapa bagian yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Modifikasi tersebut adalah penghilangan struktur balok yang diubah menjadi flat slab dan Shearwall. Hasil penelitian menggunakan desain baru digunakan tebal flat slab atau pelat 200 mm, tebal drop panel sebesar 150 mm, dengan ukuran kolom 700×700 mm dan shearwall didesain dengan ketebalan 200 mm. Kontrol Simpangan Antar Lantai (Drift) arah x sebesar 13,18 mm < 53,84 mm (OK) Δa (ijin), sedangkan arah y sebesar 17,42 mm < 53,84 mm (OK) Δa (ijin). Pengulangan yang diperoleh dari perhitungan Flat slab menggunakan tulangan rangkap pada Lajur Kolom digunakan diameter 16 dan pada Lajur Tengah diameter 13, tulangan lentur pada kolom digunakan 24-D22 sedangkan untuk tulangan geser digunakan 4 kaki D16 – 100, penulangan pada Shearwall digunakan Tulangan Lentur 40 – D22 sedangkan Tulangan Geser diguankan D16 – 200. Pada perencanaan struktur bawah diperoleh dimensi Sloof 500 mm × 700 mm menggunakan Tulangan Lentur 12 – D22 dan Tulangan Geser D16 – 300, Dimensi Pile cap diperoleh ukuran 3000 mm × 3000 mm, dengan ketebalan Pile cap 1250 mm, sedangkan tulangan pada pile cap digunakan Tulangan Lentur X dan Y D22 – 80mm, untuk pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi tiang pancang tipe lingkarang berdiameter 50 cm. Pada perbandingan berat struktur bangunan kondisi existing yang menggunkaan sistem plat, balok, kolom konvensional memiliki nilai berat struktur yang lebih berat dibandingkan dengan sistem flat slab dan shearwall. selisih berat struktur dari kedua permodelan tersebut sebesar 1,19%.
