Abstract

Tax is a very sensitive issue among the government and society. because there are various problems such as government failure in tax realization. Where failure results in development being hampered. So the government thought of a solution to solve the problem, namely by cooperating with the mainstay of taxes in order to increase the state treasury. With the mobile Samsat service, it is a government innovation in increasing vehicle tax payers. Mobile Samsat is one of the flagship programs of the Manyar Samsat. The advantages of this system are not only used by the people of Surabaya, but also by people outside the city of Surabaya because the mobile Samsat is equipped with a link. The purpose of this study is how to implement mobile Samsat service policies in increasing motorized vehicle tax revenue at Samsat Manyar Surabaya. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method which is a method in examining the status of human groups, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or a class of events in the present. The purpose of this research is to make a description. The results of the study provide the fact that the implementation of mobile Samsat services is very good as can be seen from communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure. It can be seen from the table of Mobile Samsat acquisition that the implementation of Mobile Samsat Services and the acquisition of vehicle tax is very good in its implementation. As well as motorized vehicle tax revenue each year contributing a large nominal, this can be proven that the Mobile Samsat has been successful in its implementation and has succeeded in increasing motorized vehicle tax revenue each year. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the implementation of the Mobile Samsat Service is good in its implementation, even though its implementation has decreased every year due to the covid 19 outbreak. And the Mobile Samsat contributes to the acquisition of motorized vehicle taxes every year, this can be proven from the contribution data Acquisition (Potential) of Mobile Samsat Against Acquisition (Potential) of Manyar Samsat in the acquisition of motorized vehicle tax.
