Abstract

Innovation and Creativity is a new thought or idea that is created to bring out something novelty. Entrepreneurial motivation is an encouragement in a person to carry out business activities. This study aims to find out how much influence Product Innovation has on Competitive Advantage at the Bratang Binangun Culinary Tourism Center, how much influence Product creativity has on competitive advantage, how big is the influence of Entrepreneurial Motivation on Competitive Advantage. In this study the method used is a Quantitative approach. The method used is the Non Probability Sampling method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage, Product Creativity on Competitive Advantage, and Entrepreneurial Motivation on Competitive Advantage. The effect of Product Innovation, Product Creativity, and Entrepreneurial Motivation on Competitive Advantage is 63.3% and the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other factors.
