Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy used by PDAM service officers in realizing clean water supply in Kakor village, West Manggarai Regency and to find out the factors that influence PDAM service strategy in realizing clean water supply in Kakor village. The author in conducting research choosing the location of the research carried out in the village at the PDAM Wae Roti Office in Kakor Village. The author in conducting this research uses qualitative research methods based on observations or observations made in the field. The strategy carried out by PDAM Wae Roti in realizing the provision of clean water is: to improve clean water services for the residents of Kakor village by covering the needs of the community, PDAM of Kakor village can improve the quality of service strategies for economic, social and political aspects and political aspects and improve welfare for the community . Research Results Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with social aspects, it is stated that: PDAM has an important role in providing clean water for the Kakor village community and helping to meet basic needs for clean water that is safe and suitable for consumption. and also provide clean water services that are evenly distributed and the PDAM must also help to reduce social tension between residents who have been reached and who have not been reached. Involvement and participation from the community as well as in making decisions related to the actions taken by PDAM officers is very important for the community to ensure services that meet the needs and expectations of the community. Here too, as PDAM employees, they must provide good service to the community, PDAM officers must adopt a friendly attitude and are always quick to listen to complaints or input from the public. Based on the results of an interview conducted by a researcher with an environmental aspect strategy, namely: PDAM also has an important role and responsibility in the management of clean water resources. management carried out by PDAM officers in maintaining environmental sustainability and the availability of clean water in its implementation. The clean environment in Kakor village can also be utilized by PDAM officers so that the fulfillment of clean water can go as expected. As we know Kakor village is one of the villages that can be said to be an advanced village both in terms of cultural economy, infrastructure and the environment is also clean so that activities or programs provided by PDAM officers can run well and optimally. here PDAM officers also hold routine meetings so they can listen and input from various customers can discuss the plans that will be carried out so that they can run as expected. Conclusion Based on the results of the discussion obtained, it was concluded that this study answered the formulation of the problem posed. Through interviews with the community in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the importance of the role of PDAM officers in economic, social and environmental aspects. PDAM officers must work hard in realizing the provision of clean water. The village community and Kakor are quite satisfied with the services provided by PDAM Desa Kakor officers so far.
