Abstract
Twitter is one of the most widely used social media platforms for interaction by Indonesians. Even Twitter is also ranked 5th on social media platforms, with a percentage of 6.4%. On Twitter, everyone can do many things, from interacting with lots of people from all walks of life, looking for information, to knowing things that are being talked about by many people or can be called trending. The rise of existing anonymous accounts has created several accounts on Twitter that provide a place for users to take advantage of the base. Base Twitter is an account where people who have the same interests, hobbies and interests gather to provide information or send messages. This study aims to describe the interaction of Twitter users in posting the @Askrlfess account regarding the expression of asking for opinions. This study uses a virtual ethnographic approach and is included in the type of qualitative descriptive research. The researcher used the virtual ethnographic method using symbolic convergence theory as a research-supporting theory. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the interactions carried out by followers of the Twitter account @Askrlfess are triggered by posts related to expressions of asking for opinions. Various factors encourage followers of the @Askrlfess account to interact, including filling free time, their interest in expressing arguments and even arguing with other followers, topics that are exciting and related to personal experience, to the desire to help senders by giving suggestions for solving the problems at hand.
