Abstract
The research aims to realize that interpersonal communication problems have a good or significant effect on the work performance of CV Cipta Agung employees. By using quantitative methods. Based on an online questionnaire prepared using a Linkert scale. Using nonprobability sampling techniques and saturated side types is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The analytical tool used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences The latest IBM SPSS Software version is IBM SPSS 25. The results of a simple linear regression test of variable (X) to the variable (Y) from the output show that F = 12.712, with a signification level of 0.000<0.01. The result of the correlation test of the person's correlation value is 0.559 can be used as a reference that the correlation is above 0.5. The output obtained a coefficient ( R Square) of 0.312 and the effect of the independent variable (X) against the variable (Y) is 3.12%. calculated value (t) = 3.565 with a signification value of 0.000<0.01, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an influence between variable (X) and variable (Y). knowing the significant positive influence of interpersonal communication on the work performance of CV employees.
