Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: (1) Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance in the Manyar Sebrang sub- district office in Surabaya, (2) Leadership style influences employee performance in the Manyar Sebrang sub-district officein Surabaya, (3) Motivation influences on the performance of employees in the Manyar Sebrangan sub-district office in Surabaya and (4) the work environment affects the performance of employees in the Manyar Sebrangan sub-district office. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees who worked in the Manyar Sebrangan sub-district office in Surabaya, with a sample of 20 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. The research instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques used by researchers are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously affect employee performance in the Manyar Sebrang subdistrict office in Surabaya , (2) Leadership style does not affect the performance of employees in the Manyar Sebrangan sub-district office in Surabaya, (3) Motivation does not partially affect the performance of employees in the Manyar Sebrangan sub-district office in Surabaya and (4) the work environment affects the performance of employees in the Manyar Sebrang sub-district office .
