Abstract
Digital government is an integral part of building a digital ecosystem. It is time for all elements of government, both at the central and regional levels, to collaborate with each other to create a nationally integrated government system. The aim is none other than to realize government services that are easily accessible and used by the public. The problem that often occurs is the administration system which is still carried out manually due to a lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative method which aims to find out how the Marga Mulya Village Government can deal effectively with the challenges of public services in the digitalization era. The focus in this research is the challenges faced by villages for the implementation of digitization in public services which refers to MENPAN Regulation Number 15 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Service Standards. addition to making the digitization of village communities more effective in terms of administration. But other problems that arise, there are still many village people who do not understand about internet use, and internet access which is still limited is an inhibiting factor in the digitalization of village communities. We recommend that for the effectiveness of two-way communication between the government providing public services and the community, a discussion space is provided in the opendesa.id application, so that there is good criticism, suggestions, input from the community. The provision of the internet is one of the things that the village government needs to pay attention to in order to realize the digitalization of village communities.
