Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model kerangka konsep dengan menganalisis mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Good Relation, Good Relation terhadap Employee Readiness To Change dan Ethical Leadership terhadap Employee Readiness To Change pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Wiyung. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan, dimulai bulan Oktober 2022 hingga Desember 2022. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial (Social Exchange Theory). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis efek mediasi (construct validity and reliability, discriminant validity, R Square, F Square, Direct Effect, Indirect Effect dan Total Effect). Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ethical Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Good Relation, Good Relation berpengaruh terhadap Employee Readiness To Change dan Ethical Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Readiness To Change pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Wiyung.
