Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervise kepala sekolah, komitmen organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja sserta kinerja guru SMA Negeri di lima kabupaten di Maluku Utara secara langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua guru Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang bekerja paling kurang lima tahun sebanyak 515 orang. jumlah sampel sebesar 225 tersebut selanjutnya didistribusikan ke masing-masing ke kabupaten kota dengan cara proporsional random sampling. Namun kuesioner yang terkumpul hanya sebanyak 186 diakibatkan pada saat pengumpulan kuesioner tarjadi bencana alam di salah satu lokasi penelitian yang membuat peneliti tidak dapat mengupulkan kuesioner secara keseluruhan. Data analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan uji realibitas dengan menggunakan SEM (AMOS.24). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah disiplin kerja. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasional dan disiplin kerja. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin kerja. 4) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja. 5) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara komitmen organisasional dan motivasi kerja. 6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosinal dan motivasi kerja. 7) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru, 8) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara komitmen organisasional dan kinerja guru. 9) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja guru. 10) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru, dan 11) terdapat pengaruh yang signikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Komitmen Organisasional, Kecerdasan Emosional, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Guru.
