Abstract
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of Financial Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Reny Swalayan-Ku Bratang Gede Surabaya City partially and simultaneously. By optimizing these three variables, it is expected that employee performance at Reny Swalayan-Ku Bratang Gede Surabaya City can increase. Respondents in this study were employees of Reny Swalayan-ku Bratang Gede Surabaya City with a total population of 108 people and were selected through a saturated sampling technique or the entire population was used as a sample. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire, then the data was processed and analyzed using the Microsoft Excel 2016 program and SPSS 21 statistics. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, and coefficient of determination. Searching the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression in the form of t test and f test. The results of the t test show that Financial Compensation (X1) partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), while Work Discipline (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) Reny Swalayan -Ku Bratang Gede Surabaya, The results of the f test show that all independent variables consisting of Financial Compensation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) simultaneously affect the dependent variable on Employee Performance (Y) Reny Swalayan-Ku Bratang Gede Surabaya City.
