Abstract

Wisata adalah suatu kegiatan yang bersifat bersenang-senang yang ditandai dengan mengeluarkan uang atau melakukan kegiatan yang bersifat konsumtif. Objek wisata di Surabaya merupakan salah satu yang harus dikembangkan karena mempunyai potensi wisata yang melimpah, nantinya akan menjadi keuntungan bagi semua elemen masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian. Teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempromosikan objek wisata dengan suatu aplikasi berupa informasi dengan menggunakan teknologi web. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan sistem informasi wisata di Surabaya berbasis website. Rational Unified Process (RUP) adalah metode yang diterapkan dalam proses perancangan sistem tersebut. Proses pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan Black Box dan System Usability Scale.Dengan sistem informasi ini diharapkan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada wisatawan mengenai lokasi objek wisata dan memberikan rekomendasi wisata.
