Abstract

This research focuses on the rise of the Online Customer Review (OCR) phenomenon through Film Review content, especially Horror Movies belonging to the Cine Crib YouTube Channel. The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the Effect of Content on Horror Cine Crib Film Reviews on Viewing Interest and Satisfaction. The method used in this study is Quantitative with the type of research Causal Descriptive Analysis using Online Customer Review (OCR) theory. This study uses a sampling technique through the theory of Isaac & Michael. The population in this study are subscribers or Cine Crib viewers with a total of 200,000 subscribers. The number of samples used in the study were 347 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are 3 Classical Assumption Tests (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Path Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test (Statistical t test, Sobel test). Based on the research results, Horror Film Review Content was able to mediate the influence of Horror Film Reviews on Interest in Watching Cine Crib Audiences by 94.3%, Horror Film Review Content was able to mediate the effect of Horror Film Reviews on Cine Crib Audience Satisfaction by 96%, Horror Cine Crib Film Satisfaction able to mediate the Influence on Viewers' Viewing Interest of Cine Crib as much as 95.4%, Horror Cine Crib Film Review Content is able to mediate the Influence of Viewers' Interest in Viewing Cine Crib and Satisfaction as much as 95.2%. From these data, it is stated that all variables have a very high influence. Keywords: Movie Review Content, Viewing Interest, Satisfaction
