Abstract

Pada sebuah perusahaan pemimpin dan karyawan adalah kedua hal yang saling berkaitan satu dengan yang lain. Keduanya sama-sama memiliki dampak bagi perusahaan, baik itu dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Seorang pemimpin berperan sangat penting dalam proses miningkatkan maupun menjaga kedisiplinan, integritas dan kinerja seorang karyawan. Seorang pemimpin juga perlu menentukan gaya kepemimpinannya dalam memberikan pengarahan maupun perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap kinerja dengan kedisiplinan dan integritas sebagai variabel intervening. Kepemimpinan transformasional diukur melalui individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation. Kepemimpinan transaksional diukur melalui contingent reward, active management, passive management. Kedisiplinan diukur melalui teladan, waskat (pengawasan melekat), ketegasan. Integritas diukur melalui kejujuran, konsistensi, komitmen. Kinerja diukur melalui kualitas kerja, tanggung jawab, kerjasama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 110 karyawan Telkom Group Surabaya Selatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS dan AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan, (2) kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap integritas, (4) kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap integritas, (5) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, (6) kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, (7) kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, (8) integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.
