Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that hit Indonesia in March 2020 had various impacts, especially on businesses in the Food and Beverages (FnB) sector, which caused the government to issue policies regarding the covid 19 pandemic for restaurants which caused communication problems. Steps were made to deal with this crisis by finding an appropriate communication strategy. The purpose of this study was to find out how the communication strategy applied by the Nasi Kulit Syurga restaurant in dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic crisis through crisis management. The results of this study, the owner as a business actor made a plan that was able to control and handle the situation, so that the Nasi Kulit Syurga restaurant could survive to this day.
