Abstract
This study aims to study the influence of organizational culture, competence, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. SiCepat Ekspres Waru Sidoarjo Branch. The number of samples determined is all employees of 40 people with total sampling technique. In collecting data using the help of a questionnaire with a Likert scale value measurement. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of the study, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.305 + 0.415 X1 + 0.481 X2 + 0.341X3 + e. The results of the F test hypothesis show F count = 17,434 with a significance value = 0.000 <0.05, which means H4 is accepted. While the partial hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count of the organizational culture variable of 3,321, t count of competency variable of 3,014, t count of work motivation variable of 2,601 where the probability is smaller than 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.583, this means that 58% of the performance of PT. Sicepat Ekspres Waru Branch Sidoarjo is influenced by organizational culture, competence, and work motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables examined in this study. The results of testing the hypothesis show that organizational culture variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. The work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable. Variables of organizational culture, competence, motivation to work together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance.
