Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Surabaya. Data collection was carried out using a quantitative approach and distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Surabaya. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test, data quality test, and classical assumption test. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The results of this study show that the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Surabaya.
