Abstract

The Waru Sidoarjo Sector Police is located on Jalan Letjend. S. Parman No.07, Waru, Sidoarjo, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java 61256, Indonesia. Through this police station, the public can make reports and complaints regarding criminal acts, theft, beatings, and requests for protection. Complaints and reports from the public will be received and further processed by the police in accordance with applicable law. Sector police offices also serve the public who wish to check the progress of the reporting process or report to the police. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all members of the Waru Sector Police (Polsek) of 40 people. The number of samples used was 40 people with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination show a value of 0.475 or 47.5%, which means that all independent variables (Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction) can explain the performance variable of 47.5% while the remaining 52.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study. From this explanation, the authors suggest that maintaining and developing organizational culture and job satisfaction in order to further improve employee performance.
