Abstract
ABSTRAK Dalam membangun brand image perlu strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang merupakan kombinasi antara penjualan dan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pihak luar seperti event , promosi, iklan, personal selling dan public relation. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PT Bersatu Sukses Group dalam membangun brand image Apartemen Bess Mansion membutuhkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran. Efektifitas sebuah promosi, iklan yang dilakukan PT Bersatu Sukses Group untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan sebuah merek, mengarahkan calon pelanggan ke properti di PT Bersatu Sukses Group, mempromosikan penjualan Apartemen Bess Mansion ataupun layanan baru terkait property ke pasar, serta membedakan produk dari pesaing. Pada Direct Marketing yang dilakukan PT Bersatu Sukses Group dengan mengikuti event besar dan mengadakan penjualan langsung yaitu secara tatap menatap muka dan berhadapan langsung dengan calon konsumen. personal selling, dan public relation di PT Bersatu Sukses Group dilakukan untuk membangun dan mempertahankan feedback antara perusahaan dan masyarakat secara umum, seperti kegiatan sosial, seminar. Hal tersebut merupakan elemen komunikasi pemasaran untuk menyebarkan informasi mengenai produk, meningkatkan sasaran pasar, agar konsumen dan calon konsumen bersedia membeli dan loyal pada produk baru yaitu Apartemen Bess Mansion yang ditawarkan oleh PT Bersatu Sukses Group. Sehingga untuk membuat konsumen menjadi pembeli perlu strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam membangun brand image Apartemen Bess Mansion serta ditawarkan pelayanan untuk membangun citra produk baik dimata pelanggan. Tampilan produk membuat calon konsumen menatap, kualitas produk membuat konsumen membeli.
