Abstract

The research objective was to analyse and prove the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Mitra Maritim Surabaya. Research using quantitative data with saturated sample method. The data analysis method uses multiple liniear starting from the validity test to the t test. The research results show that work motivation, organizational culture and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Cahaya Mitra Maritim Surabaya. The variables of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment also have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance with an F count of 28,851 and a significance of 0,00<0,05. Work environment as a variabbel that has a greater influence on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Mitra Maritim Surabaya.
