Abstract

Penelitian membahas tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan sampel jennuh, aplikasi yang digunakan menguji penelitian ini adalah SPSS 26. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan terakhir analisis determinan berganda R^2. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam uji t yang dilakukan secara parsial bahwa variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh posotif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan mengenai uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Oragnisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi Dan Kinerja Pegawai.
