Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Kerjasama Tim (X2), dan Loyalitas Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) CV.SINERGI KARYA SUKSES GRESIK. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan CV.SINERGI KARYA SUKSES yang berjumlah 30 orang karyawan. Sampel penelitian yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji F dan uji T dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (Uji F) Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Kerjasama Tim (X2), dan Loyalitas Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) CV.SINERGI KARYA SUKSES. Pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial (Uji t), hasil nilai signifikansi dari : 1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) sebesar 0,586 lebih besar dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.05 artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). 2) Kerjasama Tim (X2) sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.05 artinya Kepemimpinan Kerjasama Tim (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). 3) Loyalitas Kerja (X3) sebesar 0,104 lebih besar dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.05 artinya Loyalitas Kerja (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).
