Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously variables of Organizational Culture and Compensation for Employee Performance at Department Of Population And Civil Registration Of Sampang Regency. This type of data is quantitative (numeric data). The population and sample in this study were in part employees of Department Of Population And Civil Registration Of Sampang Regencywith a total of 52 employees. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. This type of research is assosiciative research and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis results The t test shows that the organizational culture and compensation variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance because they have a significant value smaller than <0.005. The results of the F Test hypothesis indicate that Organizational Culture and Compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the value of Fcount 50,380 > 3,18 Ftable.
