Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif-asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Pengukuran variabel penelitian menggunakan Skala Likert untuk setiap pertanyaan yang dikembangkan dari indikator variabelnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 orang karyawan PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya dengan teknik pengampilan sampel yaitu Random Sampling dan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik seperti uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk kuisioner dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F dan uji t untuk pembuktian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t, maka disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Stres kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,255. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,000. (3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,000. (4) Secara simultan stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji F nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
