Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of responsibility accounting and to obtain a clear picture of how cost center responsibility accounting is implemented at CV.Flos Design and Decoration. The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews and documentation, using descriptive analysis method. The results of the analysis carried out in 2021 for the company Flos Design And Decoration revenue throughout 2021 experienced fluctuations. Realization of the revenue budget in 2021 has exceeded the set budget and the largest budget realization is in August, which is Rp. 1,000,980,000; - The smallest budget realization is in November, which is Rp. 323,000;- In the realization of the budgeted costs in 2022, it can be seen that the difference is profitable, namely Rp 321,180,000. The results of this study indicate that the difference between the company's service revenue budget and the realization of service revenue in 2021 is Rp 323,000; - where this difference is an unfavorable difference. Because the company's service revenue realization is smaller than the company's service revenue budget. Meanwhile, the cost budget with realized costs in 2021 is Rp. 270,920,000;- this is an unfavorable difference. This can happen because the Company has not implemented a cost classification between controllable costs and uncontrollable costs, making it difficult for management to trace who is responsible if they occur budget deviations
