Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Office of the Library and Archives of East Java Province, the type of research used is quantitative research with data collection used is observation distributing questionnaires and carried out on 50 employees of the Library and Archives Service of East Java Province. which is used in this study is simple linear regression with t test to calculate the magnitude of the coefficient to show the magnitude of the variable influence of leadership on employee performance by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality and heteroscedasticity test and coefficient test Effect based on research results show that , obtained a significance level of 4.50.10 > from t table 200.859 the influence of leadership and employee performance has a positive effect on employee performance Keywords: Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance
