Abstract

Penelitian berjudul “Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru BK (Bimbingan Konseling) dan Murid Indisiplin di Kelas XI Ma. Manbaul Ulum Bungah Gresik”. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang cara komunikasi interpersonal guru BK dengan murid indisiplin kelas XI dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengubah sifat murid indisiplin menjadi disiplin dengan berbagai macam yang dilakukan guru BK terhadap murid tersebut. Sifat indisiplin yang pada murid kelas XI ada berbagai macam sehingga peran guru disekolah tersebut menjadi sulit untuk bagaimana cara efektif untuk membuat pola komunikasinya, Sehingga nanti dampak yang ditimbulkan akan menjadi sedikit negatif dari murid tersebut. Guru BK sendiri akan membuat sebuah alternatif yang akan diikuti oleh murid indisiplin kelas XI supaya bisa merubah menjadi nilai yang positif. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan juga kesimpulan/verifikasi Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keterbukaan murid indisiplin terhadap guru BK sehingga hasil yang komunikasi interpersonal menjadi lebih efektif, murid indisiplin kelas XI juga bisa merubah kebiasaan buruk menjadi lebih baik darisebelumnya,diharapkan untuk para murid disekolahan agar bisa mematuhi aturan yang berlaku agar bisa menjaga nama baik sekolah menjadi lebih baik. Sekolah juga akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin merangkul semua murid agar bisa menjadi disiplin waktu untuk belajar serta mematuhi aturan di sekolah
