Abstract
The development of information technology has grown rapidly where previously production work was done by humans and then replaced by machines. This development is called the industrial revolution which has entered the 4.0 era. where technology is advancing so that automation combines with the internet for manufacturing. This development has an impact on various fields, one of which is broadcasting. Radio that used to be analog only can now be listened to online. The number of radio stations in Indonesia, especially Surabaya, is increasing, so there is quite high competition in terms of capturing the attention of the audience with the same target audience. To maintain its existence, the right strategy is needed. Jeje Radio Surabaya is a radio that still exists. This research is based on the concept of program strategy according to Peter Pringle which consists of planning, program production, execution as well as monitoring and evaluation. The research method used is a qualitative case study. The results of the research are the Jeje Radio program planning to arrange segmentation for ages 17 to 35 years. Jeje Radio's broadcast positioning has the slogan "Hits up your life" by prioritizing broadcasts of hits from the 90s to today's newest songs. Staged program production - creation of program name, hot clock and broadcast narration. Program execution uses the tapping method. Supervision is carried out indirectly and program evaluation is carried out every month, quarterly and annual evaluation. The development of Jeje Radio in the 4.0 era was carried out by following the development of industrial technology 4.0, namely by actively creating content and utilizing various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok, and JOOX as online radio streaming.
