Abstract
The marketing communication strategy has a significant role in the business world because it has a position as an intermediary between producers and consumers while at the same time being able to maintain the viability of a company. Technological developments from the past until now have had a significant impact on society. The story of internet technology is increasing day by day. There is fast internet technology. The purpose of this research is to see and find out how the marketing communication strategy used by XavierMarks Darmo is to add new clients, retain old clients, and increase sales. Thisstudy uses qualitative research methods, where interviews, observations and documentation are used to obtain data. The informants in this study were Go Caesar Teguh Santoso and The Enrico Wiraatmaja, as marketing managers and marketing agents at Xavier Marks Darmo. This study aims to be an evaluation materialregarding the marketing strategy concept implemented by Xavier Marks Darmo. The method used in this study is the SOSTAC method. From the research results above, it can be said that the marketing strategy implementation activities through SOSTAC analysis did not all work asexpected by the company. Based on the results of interviews with marketing manager Xavier Marks Darmo, the next step is evaluation. Through evaluating marketing activities that Xavier Marks Darmo has carried out, it was found that marketing manager Xavier Marks Darmo hopes that in the future, the marketing activity process can run according to the company's targets, namely increasing sales, adding new clients and retaining old clientsby being top of mind in the eyes of their clients. And it was decided that the analysis applied was through SOSTAC analysis. Keywords: Strategy Marketing communication, technology development, SOSTAC
