Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen dan variabel moderasi terhadap variabel dependen. Variabel bebas meliputi Keputusan Investasi dan Keputusan Pendanaan. Variabel moderasi Good Corporate Governance. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 16 perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020 yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.9. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Keputusan Pendanaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. GCG memoderasi Keputusan Investasi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. GCG memoderasi Keputusan Pendanaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
