Abstract
Being a COVID-19 survivor has a fear of community stigma and feels that she is excluded from her social environment and society. Conditions like this have an impact on unhappiness and psychological well-being on COVID-19 survivors. But there are some people who have been exposed to COVID-19 and then the person has recovered can interpret the process in their lives. In addition, there is hope to get out of their difficulties and be able to look positively in a grateful way, because being grateful will provide benefits to individuals in facing problems that will have an impact on psychological wellbeing in COVID-19 survivors. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between diversity and psychological in COVID-19 survivors. The design of this study uses quantitative methods with product moment analysis techniques. This research was conducted on 102 COVID-19 survivors in the Mojo Surabaya Health Center work area using the purposive sampling method. The measurements in this study used a psychological well-being scale adapted by Carol D. Ryff and a psychological scale adapted by Ratih Arum Listiyandini. The results of this study showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.655 with a significance of 0.000. It can be concluded that diversity and psychological well-being have a positive and significant relationship between the cognitive variable and the psychological well-being variable in COVID-19 survivors. Furthermore, researchers can link psychological well-being with other variables, so that research on psychological well-being is more diverse.
