Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen konflik dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan suami istri. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan positif antara manajemen konflik dengan kepuasan pernikahan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 responden dengan kriteria lama pernikahan 10-20 tahun dan menggunakan metode purpose sampling .Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala manajemen konflik sesuai dengan teori Robbins dan judge (2017) dan skala kepuasan pernikahan sesuai teori Lestari (2016). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 25 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil korelasi antara manajemen konflik dengan kepuasan pernikahan sebesar 0,477 dengan signifikansi p=0,000 (p<0,05), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara manajemen konflik dengan kepuasan pernikahan. Artinya semakin tinggi manajemen konflik maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pernikahan sebaliknya semakin rendah manajemen konflik maka semakin rendah kepuasan dalam pernikahan
