Abstract

Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki tugas membantu Gubernur melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan Pemerintah Provinsi di Bidang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa serta tugas pembantuan. Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa menyelenggarakan fungsi perumusan kebijakan, pelaksanaan kebijakan, pelaksanaan evaluasi dan pelaporan di bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa serta pelaksanaan administrasi dinas dan fungsi lain yang diberikan oleh Gubernur Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan berbagai teknik yaitu pengumpulan data dalam bentuk wawancara untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang jelas dan akurat dalam menangani focus permasalahan yang ada. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Publik sudah berjalan dengan baik hal itu dapat dibuktikan dengan para pegawai yang telah melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), hal itu juga didukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang baik dari para pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur yang telah mempunyai website sebagai wadah informasi terkait dengan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur dan informasi terkait dengan alur permohonan informasi yang dapat memudahkan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mencari informasi. Terkait dengan ketanggapan, sejauh ini pemberian informasi pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam penanganan membantu para pemohon informasi sudah cukup baik, komunikasi yang baik antara pegawai dengan pemohon informasi dalam membantu para pemohon informasi yang sedang mengalami kesulitan.
