Abstract

Dinas Pemberdayaan masyarakat dan Desa provinsi jawa Timur (DPMD), merupakan lembaga masyarakat yang menampus aspirasi masyarakat desa yang mana semua dikelolah dan disaring melalui DPMD tersebut. kemudian dengan meningkatkan kedisiplinan para pegawai dan kinerja pegawai sangat penting bagi dinas tersebut yang mana kedisiplinan tersebut sangat berpengaruh penting bagi seluruh pegawai tersebut. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengukuran yang mana menggunakan data responden yang disebar melalui kuesioner kepada pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner, melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan literasi yang ada. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai baik ketika menggunakan rank spearman dan uji signifikansi t. Sehingga disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakt Dan Desa Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil uji statistik pada kelompok responden pegawai menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai, baik ketika menggunakan Rank Spearman. Uji Rank spearman menghasilkan 0,707. Kemudia uji signifikansi t menghasilkan angka hitung sebesar 6,319. Yang mana angka hitung ini lebih besar dibandingkan angka pada tabel B, yaitu 2.021 pada alpha 0.05 sehingga menunjukkan angka hitung lebih besar dari pada angka tabel. Yang mana keputusan tersebut dapat disimpulkan dari analisis pada kelompok responden Pegawai di DPMD Provinsi Jawa Timur tersebut yaitu menolak Ho dan menerima Ha.
