Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of administrative services for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in Wakatobi district, the method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive method. and accurate about the facts, properties and relationships between the phenomena under investigation. (Nazir, 2014). The focus of research in this study is how to improve services for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in Wakatobi Regency. Qualitative research was chosen because the observed phenomena needed open observation, the focus of the research was as follows: Rational, effective and efficient, innovative, Professionals, and the use of Pasolong Appropriate Technology (2010), data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification, and data triangulation. Sugiyono (2016: 92). The results of this study are that the improvement of the PKH Family Hope Program Service in Poverty Alleviation in Wakatobi Regency is said to have gone well for several indicators put forward by (Pasalog 2010).
