Abstract
Office buildings are important infrastructure in supporting the development of an area, including skyscrapers in Jombang. The materials used to build this building are f'c = 25 MPa, fys = 240 MPa, and fy = 400 MPa. For preventive measures to reduce disaster risk, the building is subjected to a variable analysis with a distance of 10 meters, 25 meters and 35 meters against the blast load due to Trinitrotoluene with a weight of 500 kg. The analysis was carried out on the structure using the ETABS v18 application which refers to SNI 1726:2019 which regulates earthquake loads, SNI 1727:2020 which regulates live and dead loads, and SNI 2847:2019 which regulates reinforced concrete requirements. Then the explosion load is defined with reference to TM 5 – 1300 – 1990 with the Pythagorean system to find the value of Pre used to be the combined load for the extraordinary incident load (Ak). The performance of the building structure is examined against earthquake and explosion loads which indicates that the structure is capable of maintaining the limits of drift due to earthquake loads. This case study also makes efforts to reduce the collapse of structures due to blast loads by utilizing the drift that has been sought in the form of boundary fences.
