Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi hubungan kohesivitas, kematangan emosi dan agresi verbal pada anggota polres tuban. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 anggota polres yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan google form dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dengan skor korelasi 0,373 dengan p = 0.000 (p<0,01) artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan agresi verbal, sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kohesivitas dengan agresi verbal. Semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka semakin rendah agresi verbal pada anggota polres tuban Sumbangan efektif dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,139 artinya kematangan emosi memiliki pengaruh 13% terhadap agresi verbal. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan pentingnya memiliki kohesivitas dan kematangan emosi dalam menurunkan agresi verbal pada anggota polres tuban.
