Abstract

Effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of achieving predetermined or planned goals or objectives. The effectiveness in question is the effectiveness of the application of the One Stop Integrated Service System at the Public Service Mall in Sumenep Regency, East Java. In reality the system still needs a lot of improvement. DestinationThis research is to know the application of one stop integrated service system at the public service mall in Sumenep regency, East Java and to know the effectiveness of the application of one stop integrated service at the public service mall in Sumenep regency, East Java. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The theory used is the theory of effectiveness measurement according to Kettner, Moroney, and Martin which includes effort, cost efficiency (cost efficiency), result (results), cost effectiveness (cost effectiveness), impact (impact). The data analysis technique used was proposed by Miles & Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction or data simplification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained are the application of a one-stop integrated service system at a public service mall in Sumenep Regency, East Java, which is in accordance with the objectives of the establishment of a public service mall. The advice given is that it is hoped that MPP will optimize services more, do not charge additional fees beyond the provision of service fees, be consistent with their attitudes and duties in providing services, consistently focus the existing budget on the implementation of licensing and non-licensing services, and hope that the positive impact will be felt by the community. service users evenly to the islands.
