Abstract

Regional Public Service Agency Pambalah Batung Amuntai is a healthy service facilities individual secondary reference in Hulu Sungai Utara. That ontology are no separation pasien room with positive antigen and negative antigen, no separation medical service distribution for patient with positive antigen and negative antigen, also not complete distribution for rapid antigen action. The method of this research is a qualitative with 7 medic informan and 5 inhabitant. The data Collect with interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis from the research with creativity test of the qualitative data from Public Service Management Patient Suspect Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) at Accident and Emergency Ward Regional Public Service Agency Pambalah Batung Amuntai. The result from Service quality Patient Suspect Coronavirus Disease Accident and Emergency Ward regional public service agency pambalah batung Amuntai are good quality because, Puctuality of service related with process and waiting room are good management, Accuracy service are not to be good Management, Courtesy and friendliness business are good quality. A Little bit service and another distribution are not to be good quality. Location, room service, parking lot, information, and technical instruction are not to be good quality.
