Abstract

The success of the running of a company is not only influenced by the organizational structure or profits earned. But it is also influenced by the human resources in it. Human resources are the driving force behind the company's operations. It is the performance of human resources that can make the company achieve the desired goals. With influencing factors can improve performance. One of them is work discipline, work environment and compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and compensation on the performance of the employees of the Perhutani KPH Mojokerto Office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The method of data collection was done through a questionnaire with a sample of 59 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression while the hypothesis testing used the F test and t test. The results showed that work discipline has an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t test which shows a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05, the work environment has an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t test y which shows a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, and compensation has an effect on performance. employees as evidenced by the t-test shows a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. The results also show that work discipline, work environment and compensation have a joint effect on employee performance as evidenced by the F test which shows a significance value of 0.000 (below 0.05) of 99.185. Based on the level of significance, it can be concluded that the variable (X) which consists of work discipline, work environment, and compensation together has an effect on employee performance (Y).
