Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, competence and incentives on the performance of ICU employees at Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 35 employees in the ICU room at Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya using probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test using SPSS 25. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression in the form of t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of this study indicate that training, competence and incentives have a significant and positive effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance.
