Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Sumber Agung Kabupaten Mojokerto. Data primer yang digunakan berupa data kuesioner. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS, yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan nilai signifikansi stres kerja adalah 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis (H1) diterima, artinya stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 05, hal ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis (H2) ditolak, artinya kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi motivasi kerja adalah 0,736 > 0,05 hal ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis (H3) ditolak artinya motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji F regresi menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05, berdasarkan analisis ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Sumber Agung Kabupaten Mojokerto Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
