Abstract
This study aims to analyze: (1) the simultaneous influence of product quality, price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction on buyers of HAUS! (2) the effect of product quality on HAUS! that have been purchased by consumers in southern Surabaya (3) the effect of price perception on HAUS! in southern Surabaya (4) the effect of service quality on HAUS! in southern Surabaya. Data analysis tools in this study were using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t- test and analysis of determination. The sampling metod used accidental sampling technique. The number of samples studied were 90 respondents. The results show that product quality, price perception, and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction This study also explains that consumer satisfaction is influenced by the model by 57.6%, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined in this study. The results of the t-test, the Service Quality variable (X3) obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and for the t-count value of 4.160> 0.209 then Ho was rejected, Ha was accepted.
