Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dimana metode pengumpulannya menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kedai makanan Toriyo yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Penelitian ini akan menggambarkan tentang hubungan sebab akibat, sehingga metode ini menggunakan sampel dan hipotesis. Teknis analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (r2) serta uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini di peroleh dari analisis regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 2,034 + 0,217X1 + 0,241X2 + 0,229X3 + e. Uji t menunjukkan probabilitas signifikansi < 0,05 yang menunjukkan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Komunikasi (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sedangkan untuk uji F memiliki nilai probabilitas signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dimana variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Komunikasi (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Simpulan dalam penelitin ini adalah variabel bebas Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Komunikasi (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Kinerja Karyawan(Y). Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.
