Abstract

PT Ternaknesia Farm Innovation is a startup that is engaged in helping food problems by embracing local farmers. The establishment of digital farmer ecosystem to increase productivity and innovation, one of which is in the livestock sector to realize a digital ecosystem. Ternaknesia has developed several digital applications, including ternaknesia, sobaternak, and smartqurban. The application development stages are carried out using the Design Sprint (DS) method. In its development, the DS process has been modified in stages. Based on quantitave tests carried out, the results obtained are a decrease in the usability of developed application. One of the factors that causes this is the absence of documentation or standarization related to the DS process. So that the improvements made are to make documentation or standarization of the DS. The improvement of the implementation will later refer to the book written by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky entitled Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days and the Design Sprint Kit provided by Google. The result of the test related to the documentation perspective that has been made is that the documentation is easy to understand even though there are lines and term that are not understood due to the absence of examples and their rarely used explanations.
