Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara efikasi diri akademik dan minat mengikuti program MBKM dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa. Dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja diperoleh hubungan yang negatif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan skor korelasi variabel efikasi diri kademik dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja sebesar -0.454 dan variabel minat mengikuti program MBKM dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja sebesar -0.162. Dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri akademik dan minat mengikuti program MBKM, maka semakin rendah mengalami kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja dan sebaliknya jika semakin rendah efikasi diri kademik dan minat mengikuti program MBKM maka semakin tinggi kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja.
