Abstract
PT. Bersama Mencapai Puncak is a company engaged in the culinary field that has 5 restaurant brands that have spread throughout Indonesia. Branches of the PT Bersama Puncak Puncak business have spread across the islands of Java and Bali. The results of the supply chain flexibility level at PT Bersama Mencapai Puncak of the three aspects above indicate that in the supply system dimension, it is known that the number of small orders and the number of large orders is always 100% (SS5). Relatively low cost to switch purchases from one supplier to another (SS2) 100%. Meanwhile, in the Production system dimension, it is known that the cost of changing the production schedule is low, so that schedule changes can be completed in a fast time (PS7) 100%. In the dimensions of the delivery system, it is known to have a different transportation model for product delivery to customers (DS1) 80%. And the dimensions that are prioritized to be improved at PT Bersama Mencapai Puncak DS2 on the delivery system dimension & SS3 on the supply system dimension, namely indicators related to the mutual need between companies and customers. So the company must collect customer data in a technical and economical form so that it is able to send several products on a large scale based on the company's needs.
