Abstract
The economic development of a city requires adequate and complete transportation services. Without transportation facilities as a supporting tool, it is impossible to achieve positive results in the country's economic development. The demand for transportation services or economic, social, etc., is also known as transportation. It is a need rooted in reason. Transportation is an important part of the life of a nation and promotes national unity and integrity. Transportation is an area of activity that is very important in the life of the Indonesian people. The availability of transportation services is positively correlated with economic activity and urban development. In the current development period, the global industrial world is entering a new era phase known as the industrial revolution 4.0 or the digital era, where all community activities create conditions for the future existence of sophisticated technology. As an example of current technological developments in the field of transportation, when there are vehicles using mobile applications with technological features that connect passengers on smartphones to the internet are now available. So that people can easily choose or download online applications based on traffic according to their needs. The balance between material and spiritual satisfaction, if everyone will be able to do both will fall into the category of well-being. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research method, which means that the data collected is in the form of data obtained from information sources, namely individuals who are considered to understand or know about the problems in this study. This study aims to analyze the relationship between two or more variables by analyzing the impact of online transportation related to public transportation income. The relationship between online transportation and public transportation is used as a measuring tool to determine income on public transportation. Successful online transportation-based applications let several large companies compete to create transportation companies based on online applications, some of which are Gojek, Grab, Uber Currently, all of their shares are bought by Grab, leaving Gojek and Grab. Online delivery for some It's still bad, but a solution for the transportation system on the other It's a problem for people who depend on transportation services. Someone who is not dependent on technology. Finally, the researcher has arrived at the final stage of this research, namely the formation of a long research process.
