Abstract
PT. Dana Purna Investama KCU BCA Veteran Surabaya is located at Jalan Veteran no 18-24 South Krembangan, Krembangan District, Surabaya. This company is a company engaged in the management of building facilities such as Building Operation & Maintenance Management Services, Engineering Services, Cleaning Services, Office Management, and Outsourcing. This study uses quantitative methods. The number of respondents in this study were 34 people with a sampling technique using probability sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires that were distributed and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence, compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination show a value of 0.675 or 67.5%, which means that all independent variables (Competence, Compensation and Work Discipline) can explain the performance variable of 67.5% while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. From this explanation, the author suggests maintaining and developing competence, compensation and work discipline in order to better improve employee performance.
